We will also be having a cut off point on nett scores after the 1st day of the Open and for those not selected to play in the 2nd day there is an 18 hole Stableford Division arranged for this day. If we get enough entries for the Stableford Division we will run it in conjunction with the Australian Open and it will tee off after the Australian Open on both days.
The itinerary is as follows:

Tuesday 30th Oct Practice Day. - Free evening
Wednesday 31st Oct First Day of the Australian Open – Free evening
Thursday 1st Nov Australian Open – Final Day
Trophy presentations and meal will be after the game. Dress code: smart casual.
Friday 2nd Nov Departure from hotel
As per last year any blind or vision impaired golfer who requires a motorised cart must send (or have sent me) a medical certificate for the year commencing 1/7/2012, or proof of age over 70 to be eligible to ride in one. If you have already done this for another tournament this year, just send me a copy of that.
If you are unable to bring a caddy with you we cannot guarantee we will be able to supply a person who is proficient in caddying blind golfers. Either way we will let you know soon after the entry closing date.
Yours sincerely,
Blind Golf Australia |
